Abstract
This article analyzes the need for special attention to the problems of building a rule of law, crises in the political and social spheres, and updating the legislation of legal education. According to the author, the state provides legal education through legal regulation and the application of legal norms and promotes the education of people's legal awareness. Every person's need for legal knowledge is dramatically increasing due to reorganizations in all spheres of society. Therefore, it is necessary to create a set of knowledge and skills that allow you to focus on state and legal norms. On its basis, it is established that the formation of qualified teaching professions is a requirement of the time. Currently, within the framework of the subject "Jurisprudence", the student gets the opportunity to learn the basics of the modern constitutional system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen. It is also noted that constitutional, civil, labor, family, administrative and criminal legislation will contribute to improving the labor rights and legal awareness of teaching staff.
