Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes adultos mayores respecto a la calidad de atención recibida en el Servicio de Hospitalización de Geriatría del Hospital II Clínica Geriátrica San Isidro Labrador durante el periodo de agosto a diciembre de 2025. Se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño observacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal. La metodología empleada se basó en la aplicación de una encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario fundamentado en el modelo SERVQUAL modificado, compuesto por 22 ítems con una escala valorativa de 1 a 7, orientada a medir la brecha entre expectativas y percepciones de los usuarios en las dimensiones de fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad, empatía y aspectos tangibles. La muestra estuvo conformada por 88 adultos mayores hospitalizados en el servicio de geriatría de la institución durante el periodo de estudio, permitiendo obtener información relevante para evaluar la calidad percibida de la atención y contribuir a la mejora continua de los servicios de salud dirigidos a la población adulta mayor.
