PENGARUH MINDFULNESS TERHADAP QUARTER LIFE CRISIS MAHASISWADI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Fenomena quarter life crisis menjadi salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi individu dewasa awal atau masa emerging adulthood salah satunya pada mahasiswa. Quarter life crisis terjadi dalam jangka panjang dapat memiliki dampak negatif terhadap psikologis individunya. Di sisi lain, mindfulness atau lebih sadar terhadap pikiran dan perasaan pada masa sekarang serta tidak terpaku pada kejadian masa lalu ataupun masa depan cenderung dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis individunya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mindfulness terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kauntitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasinal. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 350 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner online melalui tautan google form yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Five Facet Mindfulness Questionare (FFMQ-15) dengan nilai koefiesien reliabilitas α= 0,786 dan Skala Quarter life crisis dengan nilai koefiesien reliabilitas α= 0,924 Teknik analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mindfulness terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0.669 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p>0.05) serta sumbangan efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 0.083 atau 8,3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
