Abstract
El proyecto SOMOS VOZ pone en el centro la intervención integral con niños, niñas y sus familias, integrando los sistemas de prevención y protección desde una perspectiva relacional y sistémica. El objetivo principal es evitar y/o minimizar la institucionalización de los menores. Por lo tanto, este programa tiene un carácter eminentemente preventivo. En respuesta a la necesidad de herramientas para abordar este enfoque, se crearon espacios de supervisión profesional, concebidos como lugares de cuidado, reflexión y crecimiento para las profesionales implicadas en el programa. Estos espacios, realizados de forma virtual en grupos amplios, ofrecieron oportunidades para revisar prácticas, compartir inquietudes y desarrollar estrategias efectivas en el trabajo con las familias. A través de herramientas como mapas relacionales, genogramas, ecomapas, equipos reflexivos y dinámicas del “como si”, se promovió una mirada ampliada de las situaciones y una comprensión más profunda de los vínculos familiares. La supervisión se enfocó también en el desarrollo de competencias profesionales, integrando conocimientos teóricos, habilidades prácticas y el estilo personal de cada profesional. Este proceso permitió reconocer la propia implicación en las intervenciones, favoreciendo una práctica más consciente, ética y eficaz. Así, los espacios de supervisión se consolidaron como una herramienta esencial para fortalecer las intervenciones, mejorar el acompañamiento a las familias y garantizar el bienestar integral de la infancia.
