Abstract
Objetivo. En este estudio se evaluó el ingreso de mamíferos al centro de atención y valoración de fauna silvestre CAV - CVS, Córdoba, Colombia entre los años 2017 y 2021. Materiales y métodos. Se tomaron datos obtenidos desde el año 2017 hasta el año 2021, a los cuales se implementó análisis de frecuencia y estadística descriptiva como: Frecuencia de ingreso/mes de ingreso, Frecuencia de ingreso/orden, orden/Tipo de ingreso, Frecuencia de ingreso/especie, Frecuencia de ingreso/procedencia, año/Tipo de ingreso y Frecuencia de ingreso/año. Para la variable meses se aplicó un análisis de diferencia de medias y se presentó la relación ingreso de las especies versus los meses del año, por medio de un stripplot. Resultados. El orden Pilosa presentó el 41.2% del total de mamíferos que ingresaron al CAV producto de entregas voluntarias y decomisos preventivos realizados en diferentes lugares y vías del departamento de Córdoba. La especie con mayor frecuencia de ingresos fue Bradypus variegatus, con 18.8% del total de individuos, siendo la especie que obtuvo los mayores ingresos durante los años 2017 a 2021. Así mismo se encontró que los datos se comportan normalmente y que no hay diferencias significativas en cuanto a las medias de ingresos mensuales (X2=5.1106, gl = 12, p-valor = 0.9542). Conclusiones. Se logró determinar que la época vacacional, acorde con las festividades de cuaresma en el departamento, presentó los valores más altos de ingresos.
