Abstract
El Trabajo de Fin de Máster presentado se centra en el diseño y la optimización de componentes magnéticos utilizando la simulación multifísica. Se comparan tres configuraciones distintas de entrehierro en un núcleo tipo E, calculando las pérdidas en cada caso para averiguar cuál de las tres configuraciones es la óptima. Asimismo, se diseña una alternativa planar de este componente magnético, diseñando la PCB en la que se incluye el devanado y seleccionando el núcleo a utilizar y el gap en caso de que sea necesario incluirlo, así como el número de núcleos apilados si fuera necesario. También se comparan diferentes configuraciones de devanado y se selecciona la óptima. Este diseño planar también será sometido a la simulación multifísica para obtener una estimación de las pérdidas tanto en el devanado como en el núcleo, así como de la temperatura que llega a alcanzar el componente. Para comprobar que los resultados obtenidos a través de la simulación multifísica son correctos, se realizan mediciones experimentales con las tres configuraciones de entrehierro diferentes y con el magnético planar diseñado.
