Abstract
Dans un contexte de grands changements sociaux, qui bouleversent à la fois les milieux de pratique et toutes les catégories professionnelles qui interviennent dans les organisations sociosanitaires, une étude qualitative, de nature descriptive et exploratoire, s’est appliquée à mieux comprendre les éléments relatifs aux conditions de travail qui sont liés à la souffrance au travail d’intervenant.e.s professionnels.les du secteur de la santé et des services sociaux en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Cette étude prend appui sur la psychodynamique du travail (Dejours, 2015) et la sociologie clinique du travail (De Gaulejac et Hanique, 2015). L’analyse des données issues d’entretiens semi-dirigés met en lumière des enjeux des pratiques relationnelles de gestion et du collectif de travail, ainsi qu’une pression grandissante à la performance qui contraints les intervenant.e.s à adopter un discours axé sur la quantité en raison des normes organisationnelles intériorisées. Il ressort que la souffrance au travail est dynamique et subit l’inter-influence de nombreux facteurs relevant de l’environnement de travail immédiat des participant.e.s.
