Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper discusses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the impact of working capital management on the performance of 18 oil and gas enterprises listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and Hanoi Stock Exchange from the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2021. The author used descriptive statistics method, regression analysis of panel data by Stata 17. The results show that the relationship between working capital management and performance of oil and gas enterprises the pre- pandemic and the post-pandemic period has changed; in the pre-pandemic period, enterprises reduced the cash conversion cycle to improve performance, this factor tends to increase in the post-pandemic period. Besides, the study also shows that working capital management is operating appropriately, helping businesses maintain and increase performance during this difficult period since the pandemic appeared and the oil and gas market is complicated.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
