Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Income and Expenditure 2005 Income from membership for this year was less than anticipated. Unfortunately not all branches were able to send their dues on time. Another 8,000 [euro] will be received, I expect, in 2006. I invite all branches to be punctual with sending their dues in the future. Almost all individual members paid their dues for 2005. Miscellaneous income from label sales and especially advertising was less than expected. Offshore investments produced a small return in 2005. Expenditure was much less than expected, because fewer issues of Fontes Artis Musicae were printed than anticipated. In 2005 our income exceeded expenditure. The Outreach Fund attracted no donations this year. 2005 was the 8th year in which 2.5% of all income was donated to the Outreach Fund. The amount available for Outreach for the Warsaw Conference included the 2004 donation from the Norwegian Branch. Most of our investments in HSBC International Capital Secured Growth Funds matured in 2005. An amount of US$ 50,000 was transferred to our US Bank account. During the period of our investments, economics across the world suffered a general downturn. Despite the upward trends of the markets in the last 18 months of this investment we made no profit. Our investments in HSBC global investment funds SIVAC is limited now to a small amount, with a nice profit in 2005 (from US$16,935 to US$18,869). It seems wise for the Association to have at its disposal as a reserve a sum more or less equal to one year's running costs. Membership is the main factor determining the Association's income. Membership has declined slightly over the past few years. Price increases have to be taken into account as well. As our members need to be informed well in advance about a rise in subscription dues, we'll have to decide on the increase for 2008 this year. The board prefers a gradual increase, annual if necessary, to a single, large increase. Next year (2007), as decided in Warsaw 2005, the subscriptions dues are 57 [euro] for institutions and 34 [euro] for individual members respectively. A 2% increase for 2008, as the board proposes, will result in 58 [euro] and 35 [euro] respectively. I am grateful to the 2005 auditors, Wim Klerkx and Simeon Bodden. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
