Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pemberdayaan yang sudah dilakukan oleh perusahaan kepada karyawan terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Hotel X merupakan salah satu hotel berbintang 3 di Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur yang memiliki masalah turnover karyawan. Meskipun upaya pemberdayaan sudah diupayakan, namun tingkat turnover-nya masih cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor persepsi pemberdayaan karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Jika secara parsial, dapat diketahui bahwa ada 5 faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan 2 faktor lainnya tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Dari seluruh faktor, yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah meaningfulness.
