Abstract
L'A. propose une strategie pastorale differente concernant la reconciliation des catholiques divorces et remaries. La proposition suppose un changement de l'«option preferentielle de la solution canonique» a un processus de discernement et d'accompagnement en orientation qui pourrait quelquefois conduire a une solution morale plutot que juridique. L'argument de l'A. procede en trois etapes. 1) Un examen du sens du «lien matrimonial» dans la tradition canonique ou il conclut que c'est une expression de l'etat d'etre marie a partir d'un point de vue juridique. 2) Une reflexion concernant le statut des divorces et remaries a partir de differents points de vue: personnel, ecclesial, canonique, moral et sacramentel. 3) L'A. propose alors une approche pastorale a la reconciliation des personnes divorcees et remariees qui se situe a l'interieur d'un ministere elargi aupres des gens maries et de la famille. L'approche apprecie et inclut les options canoniques, i.e., les declarations de nullite, mais embrasse une variete d'autres options egalement, en incluant la tolerance de quelques unions irregulieres dans la pleine communion.
