Abstract
This work discusses t he const it ut ion of t he collect ive work in t he day by day of t he inst it ut ed school st art ing from an aest het ic dim ension t hat operat es against t he discourse and pract ices of t he official educat ion. The privileged m et hodology for t his is t he one of t he form at ion novel, t hat allows m e t o narrat e st art ing from episodes lived by m e in t he school as t eacher and lat er as principal and wit h t he aid of ot her part icipant voices of a m om ent of t his process, like t he ones of som e st udent s, t eachers and m em bers of t he Council of School, t he hard fight for t he const it ut ion of t he collect ive work in t he school in spit e of t he im pedim ent s produced by t he public polit ics t hat prom ot e t he discont inuit y of t he processes and proj ect s, t he in-visibilit y of t he educat ional pract ices and an educat ional discont ent am ong t eachers and st udent s. Our int ent ion is t o bring t o t he light t he m eanings t hat are built in t he collect ive work of t he school st art ing from t he relat ionships shared in which t he aest het ic dim ension which const it ut es t he et hics allows t o t he part icipant subj ect s of t he group resignify his/ her own act ion and his/ her t o be in t he world in spit e of t he obst ruct ing role t hat has been played by t he public polit ics in Brazil. I n t hat sense, beyond t he dubious discourse of t he educat ion polit ics, we pled t he idea of t here being always t he hum an's const it ut ing int erst ices t hat m ake possible t he appearance of a new perspect ive, a vision surplus, t hat furnish t o t he subj ect , in a abduct ive flash, a re-vision, a new m eaning of his/ her act ions and of his/ her life, what m akes possible t o resist and t o t ranspose t he lim it at ions and coercions which charact erizes t he everyday inst it ut ed school.
