Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

EnglishIn August 1993 the Mexican and Canadian governments signed cooperation an agreement to establish the Model Forest of Calakmul (BMC) in the state of Campeche, wich with the agroforesty and services regional council from X'pujil in 1994, they made efforts with the purpose to establish a program that improves the life condition level of the regional farmers, without causing damage and pollution of the natural resources. In the planning and execution of the projects, a great participation of the beneficiaries involved, was observed being most of them farmers. Because of the above and considering how important the farmers are to develop the country, the study was carried out with the objective to analyze the practical aspects of the farmers participation in the planning and management of the natural resources. The study makes a descriptive analysis of the variables in the institutional frame; organization and farmer participation; available and required technology; the natural resources, financial and human; and evaluation and monitoring, from where conclusions and recomendation are risen.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
