Abstract
Le Livre VI du Code de 1983, De sanctionibus, etablit divers delits et sanctions canoniques. Il peut y avoir d'autres consequences, en dehors du Livre VI, qui sont encourues a cause du delit ou de la sanction. N'etant pas des sanctions au sens strict, l'auteur les qualifie de sanctions « disciplinaires ». Meme s'il y a une remission ou une non-application de la peine, certains effets peuvent quand meme se produire qui sont au-dela du pouvoir de l'autorite qui a applique (ou n'a pas applique) la sanction penale. Ces consequences disciplinaires sont moins dirigees vers la reforme du delinquant que la protection de la communaute ecclesiale. Une bonne comprehension du droit penal inclut la connaissance de ces consequences disciplinaires. L'article est une enquete sur les normes disciplinaires du Code de 1983, avec quelques references au Code oriental de 1990.
