The Preservation of Digital Cultural Heritage as the Imperative of the 21 century (on UNESCO and the European Union Documents)

The article deals with the considering of problems of preserving and access providing of cultural heritage in digital form under UNESCO and European Union legal documents, as well as with the European experience of creating of integrated digital informational resources of cultural heritage.
