Cet article présente une perspective méthodologique d’appréciation des capacités et pouvoir d’agir des différents acteurs de l’entreprise dans le champ de la santé, sécurité et conditions de travail. L’innovation que nous proposons réside dans l’élaboration du « Questionnement du Pouvoir d’Agir » (QPA). Cet outil s’est construit à partir d’un questionnaire québécois, mesurant le pouvoir d’agir sur différentes dimensions, et le développement d’un questionnement visant à analyser qualitativement les capacités et le pouvoir d’agir des acteurs. La relation entre les catégories préconstituées du questionnaire originel et les catégories en matière de capacités d’agir et de pouvoir d’agir est questionnée. Nos analyses croisées montrent des liaisons, mais les catégories, issues de deux cadres théoriques distincts, ne sont pas superposables. Avant de conclure, nous discutons des perspectives d’usage du QPA, à la fois en tant que support d’entretien et outil d’analyse, de ses intérêts et de ses limites.
