Abstract
Taking University of Saskatchewan in Canada for example,this paper,based on the study of management ideology and features in University of Saskatchewan,analyzes the institution construction and routine management in academic ethics from the following four aspects:definition of abiding by academic ethics and violating academic ethics,regulation of punishing academic ethics anomie,procedure of punishing academic ethics anomie and procedure of student's complaining.This paper finally summarizes several inspirations of academic standard management on China's academic management:human——oriented ideology promotes the positive academic atmosphere;trustworthy cultivation mechanism leads to student's down-to-earth quality in scientific research;detailed and feasible management system maintains the honest and healthy academic environment;strict and standardized complaining rules of academic ethics protect student's legitimate academic rights.
