Abstract

P e nelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bandar Udara Kelas I Utama Sentani. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Bandar Udara Kelas I Utama Sentani yang diambil secara sensus dengan jumlah responden 85 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik survey   menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan secara statistik hipotesis diuji dengan uji F dan  uji t dan dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, komitmen  organisasional,  kepuasan  kerja  dan  kinerja  Pegawai Bandar Udara Kelas I Utama Sentani berada pada kategori tinggi. Kompetensi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bandar Udara Kelas I Utama Sentani.
