L’integration des resultats probants generes par la recherche fait partie de nombreux referentiels de competences en ergothe-rapie. Comment alors enseigner l’integration des resultats probants dont la finalite est de prendre de bonnes decisions cli-niques ? Quelles competences devraient etre developpees par les etudiants lors de leur cursus de formation ? Ces compe-tences sont-elles actualisees une fois sur le marche du travail ? C’est a ces questions que tente de repondre le present article. Il comprend une recension des ecrits abordant le recours aux resultats probants chez les ergotherapeutes, la formation a l’integration des resultats probants a la fois dans la pratique et dans la formation initiale. Par la suite, il expose l’experience pe-dagogique du continuum de formation en ergotherapie (continuum baccalaureat-maitrise) a l’Universite du Quebec a Trois-Rivieres dans une approche pedagogique par competences. L’approche proposee tient compte du fait que les ergotherapeutes tuteurs de stages peinent a adopter eux-memes une pratique d’integration des resultats probants par competences. Il devient alors essentiel que les etudiants apprennent a detecter les elements des situations cliniques complexes necessitant la re-cherche de resultats probants. Ils developperont ainsi l’habitude de deployer leurs competences dans ce domaine.
