AGE-RELATED DIFFERENCES IN HOLISM AND ANALYTICISM ACROSS CULTURES: A META-ANALYTIC STUDY
Bibliographic record
Abstract
This paper presents findings of a survey study conducted in 3 nursing homes in Ontario, Canada. Seventy-two conveniently selected health care staff completed the Maastricht Attitude Questionnaire (MAQ), a questionnaire on attitudes regarding restraints (subscales: reasons, consequences, and appropriateness of restraint use) and opinions regarding the restrictiveness of restraint measures and discomfort in using them. Findings indicated that staff held rather neutral opinions regarding the use of physical restraints, but assessed the use of restraints as an appropriate measure in their clinical practice. The use of vest and ankle restraints was rated as the most restrictive measure and staff expressed pronounced discomfort in the use of these measures. Overall, Canadian health care providers do use restraints in their practice but indicate distress in doing so. Findings point to the importance of specific practice interventions to reduce the use of physical restraints in nursing homes.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
