De nombreuses questions éthiques émergent depuis mi-mars 2020 en France à la suite de la crise du Covid-19. Les questions de la recherche sont éprouvées et questionnées malgré des résultats indiscutables depuis l’année 2021. Pendant cette pandémie, les bornes de la méthodologie de la recherche ont été rompues et beaucoup de traitements et vaccins ont été mis en valeur auprès des patients et par les autorités sans une intégrité scientifique maximale. Entre une course scientifique du côté des médecins-chercheurs et la méthodologie de l’urgence du soin, il est intéressant de faire un point sur le respect de la méthodologie de recherche et de ses prétests, ses limites vis-à-vis de l’urgence et l’autonomie de l’éthique de la recherche.
