Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya, khususnya pada Bidang Sumber Daya Kesehatan. Analisis dilakukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai yang bekerja di bidang tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut juga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya meningkatkan komitmen organisasi melalui program yang mendorong keterikatan pegawai terhadap visi dan misi organisasi. Selain itu, diperlukan penguatan dukungan dari manajemen puncak dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mendukung produktivitas pegawai.
