Abstract
Ce texte nourrit l’ambition de susciter la réflexion du lectorat au regard de la conduite d’un entretien qualitatif avec des infirmières dont l’intégrité psychologique et professionnelle fut atteinte en raison d’un épisode de violence en milieu de travail ayant entraîné un arrêt de travail. Le dispositif méthodologique, le souci éthique ainsi que la posture épistémologique de la personne chercheuse ou chargée d’entretiens dans le contexte particulier de cette recherche ont fait émerger une réflexion approfondie sur le sens et la conduite de l’entretien. La motivation compassionnelle exigée pour poursuivre de tels entretiens a fait naître une nouvelle proposition conceptuelle autour de l’invitation. Une posture de la personne chercheuse invitée, crédible et transparente afin de faire alliance avec la participante. L’invitation comme posture compatissante favorisera la participation à une co-naissance du récit vécu et délivré dans un consentement validé ainsi que dans un accueil vigilant et continu. Le partage d’un « fonds commun d’humanité » entraîne alors une possible croissance réciproque, soit la conversion du regard de la personne chercheuse et un soutien empreint de considération pour l’unicité de la participante.
