Abstract
Giáo dục học đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc cung cấp nền tảng lý luận và thực tiễn nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững của các cơ sở giáo dục đại học. Với mục tiêu làm rõ xu hướng công bố liên quan đến đóng góp của lĩnh vực này đối với công tác quản lý trong các cơ sở giáo dục đại học, bài báo áp dụng phương pháp phân tích trắc lượng thư mục trên 561 ấn phẩm thu thập từ cơ sở dữ liệu Scopus. Kết quả cho thấy, số lượng công bố tăng mạnh kể từ năm 2018, đặc biệt nổi bật trong năm 2024. Phân tích từ khóa và các ấn phẩm có ảnh hưởng nhất cho thấy các chủ đề nổi bật bao gồm: Phát triển nguồn nhân lực, lãnh đạo học thuật và đảm bảo chất lượng. Trong khi đó, đổi mới mô hình quản trị và cải cách hệ thống giáo dục đại học được xem là những hướng nghiên cứu tiềm năng. Bên cạnh đó, thông qua phân tích ghép nối thư mục, các nhóm tạp chí có nội dung tương đồng và hệ thống chủ đề liên kết cũng được làm rõ. Bài báo không chỉ cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan về sự phát triển của lĩnh vực, mà còn làm nổi bật các khoảng trống học thuật, từ đó góp phần định hướng cho các nghiên cứu trong tương lai.
