<p>L'Enquête sur l'information financière des universités et collèges vise à recueillir des renseignements financiers (revenus et dépenses) sur l'ensemble des universités et des collèges conférant des diplômes au Canada.</p> <p>Cette information aide à mieux saisir la situation financière pour ce niveau d'éducation. Cette enquête classifie les sources de revenus reçus (subventions, frais, dons et revenus de placement), par fonds tels que : fonctionnement général, recherche subventionnée et immobilisations.</p> <p>Les dépenses incluent le fonctionnement général, l'objectif spécifique et fiducie, la recherche subventionnée, les entreprises auxiliaires et les immobilisations. Les dépenses de fonctionnement général incluent les salaires et traitements, le matériel et fournitures, les services publics, les services contractuels ainsi que les bourses d'études, bourses d'entretien et prix.
