Le présent rapport sur la formation postdoctorale financée par le FQRNT, le FQRSC et le FRSQ se divise en quatre sections. Une introduction expose les objectifs visés par les trois conseils subventionnaires en mandatant un chercheur du CIRST pour effectuer cette enquête, et offre les résultats en bref. Une deuxième section pose la contextualisation nationale et internationale de la condition postdoctorale : les rapports de recherche antérieurs, les enquêtes déjà existantes, les études universitaires les plus récentes, les structures institutionnelles et les réseaux numériques dont disposent les stagiaires postdoctoraux, au Québec et ailleurs dans le monde. La troisième section livre les résultats de l'enquête en croisant les tableaux statistiques, les graphiques, l'analyse des données et du verbatim. Elle est distribuée selon les catégories suivantes : (1) identification et localisation du stage postdoctoral (2) conditions institutionnelles de formation à la recherche (3) soutien financier (4) mobilité internationale (5) services offerts par l'établissement d'accueil (6) commentaires La quatrième section livre les conclusions générales et les principales recommandations adressées aux conseils subventionnaires, en tenant compte à la fois de la recherche effectuée avant le lancement de l'enquête (et ayant conduit à la structuration des questions et au choix de son administration en ligne), et à l'analyse d'ensemble des résultats qualitatifs et quantitatifs issus de l'enquête.
